Summary

Description
English: Adding isinglass fining agent to a tank of wine to improving the clarity and stability of the wine. To ensure through mixing of the solution the tank is "rolled" with inert gas (usually CO2, nitrogen or argon) with the gas being piped in through a valve at the bottom of the tank and allowed to bubble up throughout the wine, mixing the contents in the process.
