     Nowe przepisy określają też minimalne odległości wiatraków od zabudowań mieszkalnych. Ma to być co najmniej dziesięciokrotność wysokości elektrowni mierzonej od poziomu gruntu do najwyższego punktu, wliczając elementy techniczne (także śmigi).

     The new instructions also specify the minimum distances between wind turbines and housing buildings. This is supposed to be at least ten times the height of the power plant measured from the level of the ground to its highest point, including the mechanical elements (as well as the blades).
