  1. (transitive) to wake (up), to awaken (to make somebody stop sleeping)
    Synonyms: събуждам (sǎbuždam), събудя (sǎbudja)
    Будилникът ми винаги ме буди в шест часа.
    Budilnikǎt mi vinagi me budi v šest časa.
    My alarm clock always wakes me up at six o'clock.
  2. (transitive) to arouse, to excite, evoke (to stimulate feelings)
