A Middle Iranian borrowing. Compare Middle Persian [Book Pahlavi needed] (tʾhtk' /⁠taxtag⁠/, tablet, plank, (chess) board), Persian تخته (taxte). The sense of “bed” can be an inner-Armenian diminutive formation: տախտ (taxt) +‎ -ակ (-ak).
