1. A building.

   כמה אנשים גרים בבניין? ― káma anashím garím babinyán? ― How many people live in the building?

   • Ezekiel 42:5:

     וְהַלְּשָׁכוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנֹת קְצֻרוֹת כִּי־יוֹכְלוּ אַתִּיקִים מֵהֵנָה מֵהַתַּחְתֹּנוֹת וּמֵהַתִּכֹנוֹת בִּנְיָן׃

     v'hal'shakhót ha'elyonót k'tsarót ki-yokh'lú atikím meihéna meihatakhtonót umeihatikhonót binyán.

     Now the upper chambers [were] shorter: for the galleries were higher than these, than the lower, and than the middlemost of the building.
