- to swap, exchange, change; to replace one thing with another
- (of a plant) to grow new branches
- (modern) to change one's mind
- Used figuratively.
- לֹא הֶחְלַפְתִּי אִתָּהּ מִלָּה.
- ló hekhláfti itá milá.
- I didn't exchange a single word with her.
