- כימן דכזילה יוסף, דנבואה אני ירמלא מנד באביה, קמליה מדועילה וטלבלה רחמיה מנד הב״ה טלד דארא ושריא כרכיתא אלד באביה נבואה.
- kīman d-xzēle yōsəf, d-navūʾa ʾāni yrəmla mənnəd bābe, qəmle mdoʿēle ʾu-ṭləble raḥme mənnəd HB"H ṭḷad daʾra ʾu-šarya karxēta ʾəlləd bābe navūʾa.
- When Joseph saw that the prophecy arisen from his father, he got up, prayed, and pleaded for mercy from HKB"H so that the prophecy would return and dwell once more with his father.
