Borrowed from Arabic مَطْنَب (maṭnab).

مطنب • (matneb) (plural مطانب (metanib))
- the space between the shoulder blades and the nape of the neck, or, the ridge of the shoulder
- Synonym: چكین (çekin) (ridge of the shoulder)
