Etymology[edit]

Derived from Sanskrit अकाय (akāya). Structurally, from Tatpuruṣa compound of অ- (o-) +‎ কায়া (kaẏa), or, by Bengali prefixation of অ- (o-) +‎ কায় (kaẏ).
