From ო- (o-, “version marker”) + ღურ- (ğur-, “to die”) + -ინ- (-in-, “interfix that creates transitive verbs from intransitive verbs”) + -ამ (-am, “imperfective aspect”) + -ს (-s, “third person singular present tense marker”).
