こりこり or コリコリ • (korikori) 

1. crisply, crunchily

   子(こ)供(ども)たちは生(なま)栗(くり)をこりこり音(おと)をたてておいしそうに食(た)べていた。

   Kodomo-tachi wa nama kuri o korikori oto o tatete oishisō ni tabeteita.

   The children were gobbling up the fresh chestnuts with crunching noises.
