Usage notes[edit]

  1. ^ Grammatically, つられる (tsurareru) is not and cannot be from 連れる (tsureru, to lead). However, it is presumably this semantic and phonetic similarity that has led to use of the kanji , which is not recorded in standard Japanese reference works.
