Venetic[edit]

Etymology[edit]

From Proto-Indo-European *h₁me, inflection of Proto-Indo-European *Γ©Η΅hβ‚‚.

The second syllable -/Ι‘o/ is possibly a dative suffix derived from PIE *-gΚ°-; compare Proto-Italic *meΙ£ei (β€œ(to) me”, dat. sg.), or may reflect influence from πŒ„πŒ™πŒ (ego).

Pronoun[edit]

πŒŒπŒ„πŒ™πŒ (mego)

  1. me (inflection of πŒ„πŒ™πŒ (ego, β€œI”))
