    varma (warm) + ‎-eg- → ‎varmega (hot)
    ridi (laugh) + ‎-eg- → ‎ridegi (guffaw)
    pafilo (gun) + ‎-eg- → ‎pafilego (cannon)

Usage notes[edit]

Unlike most Esperanto suffixes, -eg- does not affect the part of speech of the root.
