Appendix talk:Glossary of false friends

What is the purpose of that glossary? There are a lot of Appendixes (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Category:False_cognates_and_false_friends), where False Friends and Cognates are listed, but for English and ONE other language. Most of these aren't false friends, but false cognates. They're two very different things.
