  1. A valley in Telemark, Norway, located on the border of Setesdal in Tokke municipality (formerly, part of Mo municipality). Per today, the valley is mostly uninhabited.
  2. (historical) a medieval community in this valley, which died out during the Black Death outbreak; the ruins of its church are currently covered by water of Botnedalsvatn artificial reservoir
