- Actually, they serve different purposes. The first is a category for words about wines and wine-making, the latter is for names of specific kinds of Wines. --EncycloPetey 19:19, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- I agree with User:Mutante — having 2 categories is a duplication, and the same confusion has extended to Wikipedia, to the point that we now have Category:Wines by country and Category:Wine by country in Wikipedia. This is absurd nonsense! --Pkravchenko 00:09, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
