- Think about this as well, racism is not only when someone is oppressed but also by the small things. Like disney recreating the little mermaid with a black actor to seem less racist. Then you understand that the little mermaid is played out in Danmark and was written by a blond Danish dude.
There were a million movies where it would have been storywise correct to have a black character but they didn't... why? Because it is only about a facad. It was never about equality it was a question of change in propaganda.
Modern anti racism is now about money and controll. It is not about ending all kinds of racism. Only the easily noticed ones. A new form of oppression, micro oppression. Smaller less obvious things.
