Plattsburgh (“New York State”) + Burlington (“Vermont”) + Montreal (“Quebec”). From being a region including the United States population centers of Plattsburgh and Burlington in the Champlain Valley, and environs, and southern Quebec in Canada, including metropolitan Montreal, primarily focused on the Champlain Valley.
