Maybe the reconstructed predecessor of PSl *pьrstъ should be *pirštas just as PSl *pьrstь corresponds to PBSl *pirštis. (cf. Latgalian: piersts, Latvian: pirksts, Lithuanian: pir̃štas. Even though the Old Prussian variant has a -n ending, such an ending is very odd to have existed in PBSl. Ентусиастъ (talk) 10:51, 14 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
