There are 2 main forms for this PGmc word: *sprēkō and *sprēkijō. And there is also the related adjective *sprēkiz ("eloquent"), later *sprēkijaz in WGmc. Should we keep the form with -ij-, ? as none of the daughters really preserves it... Leasnam (talk) 23:34, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
