Bashkir quotation[edit]

@Borovi4ok, would it be possible to add a durable quotation for one of the Bashkir senses? ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 14:07, 26 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Lingo Bingo Dingo:, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "durable quotation". Would you like me to improve the existing quotations or add more?Borovi4ok (talk) 17:13, 26 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Borovi4ok: It was a request to add one more, because I'd like to feature the word on WT:FWOTD (I have a specific date in mind). The sentences that are in the entry right now are considered usage examples, because no source is indicated for them. "Durable quotation" means that the quotation is from an established newspaper, a printed book or a printed magazine or journal (or for example a song that is recorded in a songbook), so that it cannot just be removed from the internet. Alternatively, a reference to a Bashkir dictionary in a "further reading" section is also enough for featuring this word. ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 08:38, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
please see if this suffices.Borovi4ok (talk) 16:25, 28 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Borovi4ok: Thank you, it looks great. Is "Егет, тыңла һүҙемде. Асыҡ күрҙең йөҙөмдө, Айһылыу тигән атым бар" from the epic Ural-batyr? ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 17:31, 28 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Lingo Bingo Dingo:, yes, that's from the epic. Borovi4ok (talk) 04:20, 29 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
