Basically, yes, although Russian is usually stated with more precision than the English is (that is, not simply такт), so the Russian might be такт проце́ссора (takt procéssora), та́ктовая частота́ (táktovaja častotá), та́ктовый сигна́л (táktovyj signál), такт ядра́ проце́ссора (takt jadrá procéssora), or та́ктовый и́мпульс (táktovyj ímpulʹs) (processor cycle, processor frequency, clock signal, CPU core clock, or timing pulse). Not sure which term would fit best, because the meaning of the English term is not all that clear to me. Maybe такт проце́ссора (takt procéssora). —Stephen (Talk) 12:35, 9 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
