Persian. Tagged last July but never listed. —Mahāgaja · talk 11:06, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Mahagaja: Created by Irman, who is unable to distinguish fiction from reality and was hence banned and is not allowed to RFV terms. What made even him suspicious is the fallacious connection to خوزستان (Khuzestan) entertained previously, which is surely unrelated, if you read about Susa, Shushtar and Khuzestan. This word recorded in the classical dictionaries specifically with ō vowel reminds us of the common Pashto خوږ (xoẓ, sweet), so we have grounds to assume such a word in Eastern Persian. Until some Wiktionarian has the capacity to work around the issue with Afghan Persian, I swap the RFV for an RFQ, since we don’t have the capacities and intend to remove Irman’s incentives. I delist this for these considerations. Fay Freak (talk) 11:57, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
