ژھَو[edit]

Could this have anything to do with ژھَو (ċhav, the young of a domestic animal)? At first glance it would seem so but they inherit from different Sanskrit words- ژھاوُل from छागल (chāgala), ژھَو from शाव (śāva). --Rishabhbhat (talk) 17:49, 22 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Doesn't look like it, CDIAL says it's inherited from chāgala and शाव isn't related to it in any way, so the connection can be refuted. —Svārtava [tcur] 04:28, 23 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
