@AryamanA, Benwing2: Are you able to check the inflection? --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 12:32, 10 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Atitarev: Fixed. The final nasalization moves to the end when declined. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 14:45, 10 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
@AryamanA, Benwing2: Thanks for that. Is that shift typical? --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 04:12, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Atitarev, Benwing: Yes, it is. I think the reason is that it's strange to have two consecutive nasals orthographically, so only the last vowel gets it. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 14:37, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
Also, it's not really easy to pronounce one vowel nasalized followed by a nasalized one. Phonetically, both of them end up being nasals; orthography reflects it by only nasalizing the last one by default when this scenario occurs. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 14:38, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
@AryamanA, Benwing2: Thank you for the fix and explanation. @Benwing2, I've added this as a new case in User:Benwing2/test-hi-ndecl, hope it's OK but not sure if it's correct, since the template doesn't exist yet. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 23:21, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
