@Barytonesis: Always from English. French had about 0 influence on Hindi, since French colonization of India was restricted to southeastern India (and a factory in Bengal AFAIK) and then to just the town of Puducherry. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 00:35, 18 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
