Talk:カノン砲

@Eyesnore Hi. Please note that キャノン砲 is not an alternative spelling of カノン砲, because it is pronounced differently. Our entry layout unfortunately lumps alternative spellings and alternative forms (in the linguistic definition of "forms", viz. sound shape) both under the "Alternative forms" header. The {{ja-spellings}} template (now the |alt= parameter of {{ja-kanjitab}}) is meant for alternative spellings - alternative forms should remain in the "Alternative forms" section.

Also, {{ja-spellings}} and {{ja-kanjitab}} are meant to be put directly under ==Japanese== header, if there are no multiple etymologies. --Dine2016 (talk) 09:47, 9 June 2019 (UTC)
