Ah. I also found it described as a compound of phonetic 其 and 木 (mù, "tree") on the Dong Chinese wiki (is that 东 in the name?). Is that considered a source for purposes of Wiktionary? Jimw338 (talk) 15:08, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
