Rfv-sense: "Having a specified zygotic constitution". I've almost never seen this term applied to a zygote itself. Mature diploid organisms, cells, nuclei, etc. can all be homozygous or heterozygous for a specific genetic locus. --EncycloPetey 04:40, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
