I have never seen Cristiano Ronaldo be referred to as this in Chinese-language contexts. When reference is made to Ronaldo, Chinese speakers either transliterate his name the "normal" way ("克里斯蒂亞諾·羅納爾多" or "克里斯蒂亚诺·罗纳尔多"; Chinese speakers here, you probably know what I'm talking about), or write his name using the Latin alphabet.
