It doesn't seem to be used much. If this is a Proper noun (as the two initial capitals suggest), then we wouldn't normally show a plural. But the English language is very accommodating: If, for example, Author B and Author B each define "Christian Universalism", but differently, there is absolutely nothing wrong with sentences that refer to their different Christian Universalisms.
