Considering your sound example and my own experience, the transcription [ˈd̥anmɑɡ̊] doesn't seem to be right. Usually, you will find: [ˈd̥ænmɑɡ̊] or even [ˈtænmɑk], the latter being nonsense in my opinion.

Listen to some more sound samples (forvo etc.) and Danes speaking; the most suitable transcription appears to be: [ˈd̥ɛnmɑɡ̊] with the [ɛ] being, with some speakers, somewhat more open, but not really [æ] and most definitely (!) NOT [a].

There is a reason why the English word for "Danmark" is "Denmark"! Don't you think? Or otherwise, in English it would be spelled "Danmark", too!
