- My copy of Der neue SASS (6. überarbeitete Auflage, 2011) gives Füertüüchen (i.e., Füer n Feuer; ... ; ~tüüch n, ~en pl) as the plural of Füertüüch (in both directions: Niederdeutsch - Hochdeutsch and Hochdeutsch - Niederdeutsch). Hans-Friedrich Tamke (talk)
- I would strongly assume that this ~en is supposed to mean -gen and Sass simply doesn't bother to point out the regular change of /x/ to /ɣ/, since intervocalic /x/ is violating phonotactics and is unfounded etymologically. Korn [kʰũːɘ̃n] (talk) 09:38, 31 December 2016 (UTC)
