Pronunciation

I've heard this word used in conversation before, but always spelled as an acronym. Are there really people that use the long form of this word in speech? I'm skeptical-- all the instances I've heard were used to verbally spoof the excessive acronym usage in text chat, so I don't see what the point of backronyming it would be. 131.230.42.131
