All senses. The term is real, but not sure all 3 senses are justified. Per WT:CFI hot words still need to fulfil the CFI in general, they just don't need 1 year+ of usage. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 15:51, 31 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Just noting that the sense that is citeable is the "Norway" sense. The other two seem to have little or no use, even though the ideas they represent have (or had) some currency (especially the idea of the Orkneys leaving Scotland and remaining within the UK in the context of potential Scottish independence).
