Famous spear[edit]
If that's basically what this name translates to, would it be appropriate as a disambiguation to link to notable spears in history like the biblical 'spear of destiny' which is a popular plot device in a lot of fictional novels (similar to the Holy Grail). Or if we look at spear, an example of a famous spear in pro wrestling would be Edge's move of it, where you have the entire crowd shouting 'spear' dozens of times in hypnotic repetition. Possible missing senses[edit]
Chambers 1908 also defines roger or Roger (not clear whether capitalised) as old English dialect for a ram (I assume it means the male sheep) and for a rogue. Equinox ◑ 13:39, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
