It's rare and apparently mostly used self-consciously and in connection with the name of the weekday. I found three citations, though the first admits to having no idea who "Tue" is, and the third is "If he can't mention Tue, Woden, Thor and Frig..." - -sche (discuss) 16:19, 8 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
