acapnotic

The pronunciations seem odd to me, as if the primary and secondary stresses have been reversed. (We have also have capnotic without a pronunciation.)

I have not be able to attest these pronunciations (nor any for "capnotic"). Neither word has an entry in onelook.com and the words aren't in the OED (1989 edition). It was User:Thryduulf who provided the pronunciations and I have asked them if they can provide their source. — Paul G (talk) 06:41, 16 September 2019 (UTC)

I'm sorry I can't remember what source I used for this entry ~11 years ago, but it's possible it was from hearing someone speak it or from a paper dictionary I no longer own. Thryduulf (talk) 11:23, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
