Usage notes[edit]

I find the usage notes to be questionable. One sentence says:

"We speak of a thing as accurate with reference to the care bestowed upon its execution, and the increased correctness to be expected therefrom; as, an accurate statement, an accurate detail of particulars."

I don't believe the accuracy of a thing has any direct connection to the care taken. Someone indifferent with a carefree attitude can nonetheless provide accurate information. One of the sentences describes the word correct, which does not even appear in the definition. I believe they have been copied from elsewhere and integrated with links, etc. with little thought given to their relevance. CrisH7 (talk) 13:39, 26 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
