Also referred to OED online for the English word. OED has: (1) a slightly longer def along lines of what is now listed; (2) a longer etymology, which I abbreviated with reference to the fr.wiktionary.org entry for restorer; (3) an obsolete def for the verb, and (4) an obsolete def for a noun. Apparently "astore" is currently used as a name for an app of some sort, but I found no clear definition for it.--A12n (talk) 23:18, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
