Barbariousness gets 32 hits on b.g.c. If it were really strictly a misspelling, I'd say it didn't warrant a "common misspelling of" entry, but it's not quite; it's a misconstruction, perhaps combining (deprecated template usage) barbaric and (deprecated template usage) barbarous, and has a very distinct pronunciation.
