I'm not familiar with wiktionary etiquette/conventions, however, I was wondering if someone who IS would please, however is proper, indicate that register, as used in this definition, refers usage 11 at the appropriate wiktionary definition: (linguistics) A style of a language used in a particular context My ex-boss used "let go", in the euphemistic register, when he sacked me.
