It seems Wouter Deprez used it in the title and content of a theater play called "Bloemen, bijen en borstbollen" in that sense; the play got quite a bit of media coverage. One example of such coverage: [1]. But the word didn't take root and it doesn't seem to have usage in the sense of breast cancer elsewhere. So my support for a RFD for that sense.
