A pejorative word for nobiity

Is it possible to have this word refering to people who have nobility titles that nodaways have no juridical value or few juridical value. And many of them not even being from the nobility but hodling false claims or having been given a without being from it.

There are also non-official titles that can be bought. Or some that are fantaisists from families that never existed.

I wonder if it has a such sense that may renforce the expression with cartoon depictions of children making a cloack for themselves with carpets trying to disguise as a super hero(like superman for example) or as a knight, something like that with the idea of that the disguisement is not able to deceive anyone that it is self-made,ridiculous and childish.

Because of that I wonder if it can be used to mean "wannabe" especially one that aspires to be among high classes (usually the ones from a nobility) being part of them or being around them as a non-noble but still highclassman.

Those senses would be pejoratives ones often.

Some peole considering that behaviour as snobbish.

And some snobbish people that are already from the nobility who consider them as impostors.

It could be boastful as well.

-Some people are decorated after a career without having to do anything out of their job. It falls on them. To be honest among many decorated people some are virutally unknown such as many fashion designers that are only known by people who have a somewhat big interest into the sector of luxury.
