The Neundorf dictionary gives chʼiyąʼ as the Navajo word for "food." Is that an alternate form also meaning "food"? 71.66.97.228 06:22, 21 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yes. Usually chʼiyáán is used as the independent word, but when possessed, bichʼiyąʼ, shichʼiyąʼ, nihichʼiyąʼ. —Stephen (Talk) 16:43, 10 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
