I think sense 2 (British, of food or drink) is too narrow: it's not just food and drink. You might manage a cheeky extra hour in bed while skipping some other commitment, or read a cheeky page of a comic in class, etc. (Not the greatest examples, I know.) It's a bit like sneaky perhaps.
