Our adjective sense says it's the shape of a cube; I thought cubes were a proper subset of cuboids. Equinox 21:59, 22 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I would have thought cubic meant "being a cube" and cuboid "being a cuboid". Also, WP says some sources define cuboid as "a convex polyhedron bounded by six quadrilateral faces, whose polyhedral graph is the same as that of a cube", i.e. not necessarily bounded by rectangles.__Gamren (talk) 08:48, 11 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
