Two very different meanings[edit]

As far as the prefix is concerned, there are two general use cases: the first being the "real" definition, that is "outside of", and the second being the somewhat slang-ish meaning as a synonym of "very". I feel that, in terms of the translations of this prefix, these should be separate. For instance, in a Chinese/Japanese context, the prefix for "outside of" would be 外 (it's actually used as a suffix in Japanese), but the affix for "very" would be 超.
