That is also how the Indonesian Wiktionary defines the term, but that must be the result of somewhat clumsily trying to define “dawn” by what characterizes it without using the term in the definition. In the Indonesian Wikipedia, the term is more appropriately defined as “the time of day when a reddish hue appears in the sky at the east before sunrise”.
